The forecourt of the site would be landscaped with planting to an agreed which is proposed to include a suitable native tree. The entrance will be provided to the  car park from Betjeman Close and the  exit gate will be located at north of the building as shown on drawing. Both entrance and exit gate will be automatically operated with remote-control fob.
