OUR HISTORY

Like many great entrepreneurs, we would take a few frightening steps toward failure before he found the path to success. 

Today, we continue to be a tight team – from our own people on the workface to our project teams in-house. This gives us greater quality control, responsiveness and expertise where it’s needed. But even more importantly, it means that the same commitment and loyalty demonstrated by the directors now runs throughout our company. We are loyal to our customers. Loyal to each other. Committed to providing an approachable, quality service, and committed to doing the best job, whatever it takes.

OUR VISION

Our philosophy of firstly understanding our individual client needs and aspirations leads to a practical approach of survey, plan, design and deliver to our clients’ vision into reality.

This has enabled us to create and maintain strong relationships with a wide spectrum of clients. This evident by the fact that over 85% of our work is repeat business from loyal clients which in turn allows us to maintain our growth strategy and attract high caliber individuals to complement our talented team.

 

OUR MISSION

It is our mission to create a safe, productive working environment for everyone associated with our operation – we believe that those who come to work should go home safely. This extends to creating stable employment, securing controlled growth, and investing in support, training, systems and software to progress our people’s careers and deliver greater service. We regularly meet customers to measure success and deliver ever higher standards of responsiveness, dedication, expertise, quality and care in the toughest jobs, giving our customers confidence that we will get the project done.
